Best Prices and outstanding Customer Service. I am in DC and I think from now on I'll just go straight to Movatik and order from them. Great prices, and excellent customer service. I called and Ryan sold me a Shimano Lever. He is exceptionally helpful. I don't think any other store can be beat their customer service.

Awful Customer Service Awful customer service. Purchased a bike rack. Tried it on the car once to see if it worked. It did not. I purchased from this site because item was a decent price and it was an open box. Per the website, open box items would be treated as new and returns would be available. Returned, but was denied a refund because it was not considered "new." Ridiculous. Asked staff to reconsider, no response. HORRIBLE. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

Excellent service Excellent service. I ordered a bike travel bag from two different online companies who failed to tell me that they did not have the bag in their warehouse and it wouldn’t ship for another 2-3 weeks. I contacted Movatik and the responded by the end of the day to let me know they had the bag and would get it shipped ASAP. The bag got to my house in a timely manner and I could not be happier with their service and performance as a company. Highly recommend!
