GBRun True 6 week course I did the Run True 6 week course shortly after retirement from the NHS about 12 months ago. My aim was to continue being able to run despite advancing years. The movements from the course really helped my strength, motivation and form and I was inspired to enter a challenging trail marathon. In the past I have competed at this distance but have found that cramp in my hamstrings has blighted each event. This time I used movements from the course to strengthen myself and for the first time did not suffer with cramp (despite a really hot day) and was pleased to come first in my age category.
