GBRunning injury free and understanding running efficiency and form I'm 58 ,recently retired to the Lake district and taken up fell running in the last year. I noticed in photos that I was hunched over and looked like I was shuffling rather than running ,so when I saw Run True it seemed it would address my requirement to improve my running form and efficiency. I have just completed the 7 weeks online course which I would recommend to every runner . Educational ,motivational ,well presented with videos and downloads of exemplary quality and clarity. It will explain how to run Injury free and become a stronger, faster runner. Without question the best running investment you could make .

GBHelpful, easy to follow and effective! I completed the Run true course and found it massively helpful after struggling with running injuries. It's easy to follow, clear and I have been able to run completely pain free. I've noticed great improvement in my foot mobility and it's allowed me to increase my mileage without picking up niggles like before. Couldn't recommend it enough!

GBI’d heard a lot of positive feedback… I’d heard a lot of positive feedback from Nigel’s run true course so thought I’d give it a go. Having been plagued by a pain in the buttocks for nearly 5 years, trying various failed physio sessions, endless you tube tutorials, I knew something was wrong with the way I was running. Nigel’s course was like a breath of fresh air. We started at the beginning with simple movement and drills to moving like a baboon at the end. The movements seemed somewhat alien at first but with repetition everything started to feel like how it should feel. The weekly sessions were brilliant, especially with the on line tutorials on hand for reference. I’m already feeling the difference. My running seems lighter yet stronger with more propulsion than ever. My buttock pain is reducing and I know this will be my blueprint for running true until I’m 100+ years old.

GBRun True changed my Running Style for the Better Over the 6 face to face sessions the course built as did our flexibility and new way of thinking about running and the warming up for it. The real test will be in the 7th session were we are filmed. But already feel better in my own sessions. Would thoroughly recommend to people who might even be thinking about it
