GBChris was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! Chris was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! I don’t have ENOUGH great things to say about my customer experience with him!! I needed an entire ski gear outfit for a very short-notice upcoming ski trip. I have never been skiing before so I had absolutely NO IDEA what I needed for the trip .. and even what sizes I needed for that matter! Chris walked me through everything I would need, gave me excellent recommendations while explaining everything to me along the way, so I could make a proper & informed choice. He himself even went and pulled some items off the shelves for me.. and made sure that my package was expedited in time to receive all my ski gear in time for my trip... GBI ordered gloves today and received… I ordered gloves today and received confirmation that order was processed. I then received email that order was cancelled with no explanation. I called main number and received notice to leave message. I don’t know why order was cancelled and can’t even speak to anyone. I guess only option is to leave message and hope someone calls me back. This is unacceptable and unprofessional in 2019. Any explanation would be appreciated.
