I have short legs and it’s so nice to have a bike that fits me and is specifically built for women. I Love this bike; it is so pretty. The Ideal Bicycle I'd been searching for my ideal bike for months and nearly gave up when Covid hit. Finally I found the perfect bike that met ALL my requirements, even though I was unsure about putting it together myself. Even with Covid, my bike arrived in under a week exactly as described. It might actually be more beautiful in person. I had no trouble at all putting it together and felt confident riding it immediately. When I couldn't find the serial number, the A/O team responded to my email nearly immediately. I could not recommend this bicycle more. I love her so much! Thank you A/O!

I recently purchased the AO Rosa bike I recently purchased the AO Rosa bike, and I couldn’t be happier! It is as attractive as it is practical! I get complements on it everyday! One of my favorite features is the shock absorbing seat, it is a small comfort that I didn’t know I needed! I used to suffer from back pain after riding, not anymore! I would definitely recommend this bike to any Of my friends!

The customer service is AWFUL The customer service is AWFUL. You would think when you're spending a couple hundred dollars on a bike that someone would be willing to assist. I have still not heard back anything regarding the shipment of my bike. If I didn't want a bike so bad, i'd honestly just cancel my order and get my money back.
