GBThe company canceled my order because… The company canceled my order because of Covid-19, I ordered another one and I’m currently waiting almost three months for my order. I gave it three stars because I believe the company is a great company and just didn’t have the juice to Keep up with the demand. It’s just happened to be a disappointment to me since I won’t receive the bike until the end of the summer. Which defeats the purpose.

GBpoor inventory management and response time I'm honestly not sure if two stars is fair at this point given I have not received the bike yet. It was ordered mid-may (it's now mid-june) and I never received a date for shipment or that it would be delayed YET my credit card was charged immediately. When I did reach out, my email was responded to from a different company who seems to have the same bikes, but at cheaper prices. I'm wondering if I got scammed?

GBI recently purchased the AO Rosa bike I recently purchased the AO Rosa bike, and I couldn’t be happier! It is as attractive as it is practical! I get complements on it everyday! One of my favorite features is the shock absorbing seat, it is a small comfort that I didn’t know I needed! I used to suffer from back pain after riding, not anymore! I would definitely recommend this bike to any Of my friends!

GBVery happy with this purchase Very happy with this purchase. My hybrid bike is very comfortable, have a great suspension and rides smoothly. I live in Miami and after a few months hasn’t rusted at all, what has been a great surprise. Its in perfect condition. I use it a lot and do a long rides, including some trails and always performs perfect.

GBCustomer Service doesn’t reply (Don’t waste your time) Customer support doesn’t respond to emails. I sent two notices, without a reply. Extreme delays for deliveries. Website has no notices posted - it still promotes 3-5 business days. Until after purchase they advise you it’s up to 2 weeks delay. Now I’m in my 3rd week, and still my bike has been received as of yet. I received a notification from FedEx with tracking number 3 days after purchase, but the bike was never released into transit for shipping. Package stayed in California. The poor response to customer service has sucked away all the excitement I once had. As I wait for the arrival of my bike, I can only imagine how terrible the assembly experience will be like.
