poor inventory management and response time I'm honestly not sure if two stars is fair at this point given I have not received the bike yet. It was ordered mid-may (it's now mid-june) and I never received a date for shipment or that it would be delayed YET my credit card was charged immediately. When I did reach out, my email was responded to from a different company who seems to have the same bikes, but at cheaper prices. I'm wondering if I got scammed?

The Ideal Bicycle I'd been searching for my ideal bike for months and nearly gave up when Covid hit. Finally I found the perfect bike that met ALL my requirements, even though I was unsure about putting it together myself. Even with Covid, my bike arrived in under a week exactly as described. It might actually be more beautiful in person. I had no trouble at all putting it together and felt confident riding it immediately. When I couldn't find the serial number, the A/O team responded to my email nearly immediately. I could not recommend this bicycle more. I love her so much! Thank you A/O!

Damaged part... This is a difficult time and the process has been pretty good considering. My bike did come with a damaged part and I’m in the process of rectifying that. Hopefully things will go well for replacing that part in a timely manner.

She's a Beaut! Ordered the Audrey. Arrived on time and undamaged in shipping, a big plus. Once assembled, she's beautiful! And much easier to ride than the clunker I previously never rode (too heavy, tires too wide, uncomfortable and so on). BUT: assembly was not the walk in the park your website claims. I could never have put her together by myself, needed two sets of hands several times. The assembly manual was confusing for some steps, and the illustrations were difficult to decipher for others. Maybe a video would have been better. That said, I had a person knowledgeable about bikes to help me and I would encourage your future owners to find someone who knows bikes to assist. Would give 5 stars but for the assembly hurdles. Also, more accessories, please! Like a selection of beautiful baskets.

I recently purchased the AO Rosa bike I recently purchased the AO Rosa bike, and I couldn’t be happier! It is as attractive as it is practical! I get complements on it everyday! One of my favorite features is the shock absorbing seat, it is a small comfort that I didn’t know I needed! I used to suffer from back pain after riding, not anymore! I would definitely recommend this bike to any Of my friends!
