Love our new surface. The team at Carpet Gallop have been great. I appreciate that COVID has caused issues with supply. I think this is due to their suppliers being closed for three months. They kept me informed and delivered when they said they would. Loving our new surface.

Do not use this company Do not use this company. There is so much dangerous rubbish in the fibre topping, it should never be placed on an arena, (metal strips from between the doors) which have been shredded, extremely sharp edges, wood gripper with the nails attached, shredded plastic (extremely sharp) stones, wood, paper, plastic bags, toothpaste tubes and sanitary pads.

A great company A great company , very honest and helpful . I read the reviews before hand and was slightly concerned .. BUT non of the negatives on there were what we found . The company we’re more than helpful , the surface is brilliant and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough .

Avoid at all costs.As stated in another… Avoid at all costs.As stated in another poor review they ask for monies upfront, so quick to take your money and that’s when communication stops, then they totally ghost you, communication is appalling.This is sad as they come over really lovely people, & so helpful. Twice they let me down, costing me, due to machinery brought on site and having to extend the hire, first time they didn't bother to let me know as i had to call them, second time i got a email, but still unable to deliver. I agree with the other reviewer, Staff are well trained to deliver excuses and attitude completely changes when you cancel order due to no delivery and request refund. Still waiting for a refund, even though Mark had agreed it, but still No Refund. Don't payout without having the goods, as in the case of the other reviewer who struggled to get their refund as i am now. Such a sad situation as it doesn't have to be this way. So beware.

Happy with our new arena After a few issues with delivery , not arriving on the day promised and came in 2 separate loads so we needed to hire a forklift for 2 days and had 3 men standing around for 2 separate half days . We eventually got our surface and we are very happy with it . If it hadn’t been for the delivery issues I would of given it 5 stars . Yes it did smell a bit , but it is recycled carpet shredded so yo be expected . It is great value for money !
