GBAvoid at all costs.As stated in another… Avoid at all costs.As stated in another poor review they ask for monies upfront, so quick to take your money and that’s when communication stops, then they totally ghost you, communication is appalling.This is sad as they come over really lovely people, & so helpful. Twice they let me down, costing me, due to machinery brought on site and having to extend the hire, first time they didn't bother to let me know as i had to call them, second time i got a email, but still unable to deliver. I agree with the other reviewer, Staff are well trained to deliver excuses and attitude completely changes when you cancel order due to no delivery and request refund. Still waiting for a refund, even though Mark had agreed it, but still No Refund. Don't payout without having the goods, as in the case of the other reviewer who struggled to get their refund as i am now. Such a sad situation as it doesn't have to be this way. So beware.

GBThe saga of trying to get a refund…. Ran into a site issue two days after ordering and asked for refund. Total nightmare—firstly no replies, then latterly every excuse in the book, promises that the money has been transferred, and it never has. Nearly a month on and I have just asked the bank for a chargeback because I’m clearly not getting a refund any other way. Not happy, petrified I won’t get the money back. And I am clearly not the first person this has happened to, either. ETA They finally refunded after we pestered and pestered.

GBA great company A great company , very honest and helpful . I read the reviews before hand and was slightly concerned .. BUT non of the negatives on there were what we found . The company we’re more than helpful , the surface is brilliant and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough .

GBI contacted Carpet gallop in need of a… I contacted Carpet gallop in need of a top up for my school. I previously had a flexi-ride surface and have been really happy it over the past 7 years. I spoke to Mark and he recommended his G-tech surface. I ordered in November and had it delivered by early February. Some of the reviews on here had worried me. I’d say it’s good value and it is what it is recycled off cuts of carpet. Having had a similar surface I know it’s great in all weather and suits my school as it’s soaks up any water that may sit on the sand surface underneath

GBAvoid! Avoid! Poor customer service, if you have a problem they are most unhelpful. I was supplied insufficient surface it took 18months to get them to come out for a site visit, once they did I was told I wasn't given enough or the right topper. I was quoted a price to top it up at full price despite not being given the correct amount in the first place. The quality of the carpet is extremely poor and I have since been advised not to ride on it now I am left with a terrible surface which is going to cost me alot to replace. The owner is extremely rude, pushy and most unhelpful!
