A great company A great company , very honest and helpful . I read the reviews before hand and was slightly concerned .. BUT non of the negatives on there were what we found . The company we’re more than helpful , the surface is brilliant and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough .

Avoid! Avoid! Poor customer service, if you have a problem they are most unhelpful. I was supplied insufficient surface it took 18months to get them to come out for a site visit, once they did I was told I wasn't given enough or the right topper. I was quoted a price to top it up at full price despite not being given the correct amount in the first place. The quality of the carpet is extremely poor and I have since been advised not to ride on it now I am left with a terrible surface which is going to cost me alot to replace. The owner is extremely rude, pushy and most unhelpful!

4 Years after installation We are 4 years in with our carpet gallop surface and this is the first winter we have had such fierce frosts. Our surface has proved invaluable and has not frozen once meaning we can exercise our horses without fear of accident or injury - its a big thumbs up from us - good value for money and exactly what was promised !!

We had a canter track put in end of… We had a canter track put in end of October using Carpet Gallop and I can't thank them enough. The whole experience was just brilliant and their customer service was great and they answered any questions we had. The surface has been absolutely fantastic even in the -8 conditions we had for 10 days it didn't once freeze and we were able to ride on the track any time of the day during the cold spell which was amazing when trying to keep our event horses fit! I would highly recommend Carpet Gallop.

Happy with our new arena After a few issues with delivery , not arriving on the day promised and came in 2 separate loads so we needed to hire a forklift for 2 days and had 3 men standing around for 2 separate half days . We eventually got our surface and we are very happy with it . If it hadn’t been for the delivery issues I would of given it 5 stars . Yes it did smell a bit , but it is recycled carpet shredded so yo be expected . It is great value for money !
