Please please please DO NOT even think… Please please please DO NOT even think about placing an order with this company...... the product is so full of tin cans, carpet gripper, steel door plates, nails, hard plastic Etc it’s a miracle there’s enough room on the delivery wagon for any carpet fibre. All the fake reviews you see on every review site as well, you know the ones with just 1 review lol. Company’s going out of business that were owned by the current owners wife and son....... crooks!!!!!!!! I’m currently claiming S75 on credit card so fingers crossed on that one. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Absolutely awful experience with this… Absolutely awful experience with this company. Paid and agreed appropriate transport via a rigid lorry. Then got an email to say can we accommodate an articulated vehicle knowing full well that this was not possible given our access. I asked for an immediate refund only to be told this would take place within 5 working days. Then Mark Gilbert sent me a credit note not a refund which was incorrect as it did not show the payment received. Now not answering calls. Disgusting. Don't use this company unless you want to be scammed.

Love our surface! Love our surface. It has enabled us to keep riding all year round even in the deepest of snow and treacherous ice. Fast delivery. Easy to install and good value for money. Low maintenance. Polite friendly helpful team. A must for anyone who doesn’t want to spend thousands on hard sand that freezes.

We had a canter track put in end of… We had a canter track put in end of October using Carpet Gallop and I can't thank them enough. The whole experience was just brilliant and their customer service was great and they answered any questions we had. The surface has been absolutely fantastic even in the -8 conditions we had for 10 days it didn't once freeze and we were able to ride on the track any time of the day during the cold spell which was amazing when trying to keep our event horses fit! I would highly recommend Carpet Gallop.
