GBWorst Customer Service Ever I cancelled an order for ski boots after waiting for over a month with no status updates on whether or not the order had even been filled, let alone shipped. Communication regarding the issue was non-existent unless I (the customer) drove it. I can understand delays but to leave a person completely in the dark on a $500 order for over a month is ridiculous. Especially when Skis.com sends me an e-mail regarding new items on sale every single day. Perhaps the company could focus on filling older orders before asking customers to create new ones.

GB10% Refund I was actually able to receive a 10% refund for the skis I got because they did not come with ski tip protectors that were supposed to be included. Still, I would have preferred to get the tip protectors because they seem to be nearly impossible for individuals to get without some kind of assistance from a retailer. They did not even try to help me get them.

GBThe negative reviews are accurate The negative reviews are accurate. 2 separate orders, same issue. Was in stock when ordered. Received partial order and nothing else. Sent emails that replied with please be patient. Finally called and after 45 minutes confirmed both orders are out of stock and not sure why no one communicated that to me. Cancelled the orders. Lets see if the returns come through.

GBBAD EXPERIENCE BAD EXPERIENCE. Don't order here unless you want disappointment and frustration. I ordered boots, with a 5-10 day shipping estimate. Item never shipped. No email communication to update status. I tried to call but phone system didn't work. Sent 2 emails to customer service and got no response. After 3 weeks I cancelled my order. No boots.

GBBad reviews can be deceiving I was worried because I placed a time sensitive order for ski pants & saw the bad reviews on here after I had already placed my order. I ordered the pants on a Thursday evening and called that following Monday for a status update. I was only on hold for about 2 minutes & the service rep was super nice and accommodating. I never received tracking initially, but he confirmed the item had shipped the day after I ordered it & emailed me the tracking info on that same call. I received the item the following day, ahead of when I needed it to come in. Very satisfied with my experience!
