USBAD EXPERIENCE BAD EXPERIENCE. Don't order here unless you want disappointment and frustration. I ordered boots, with a 5-10 day shipping estimate. Item never shipped. No email communication to update status. I tried to call but phone system didn't work. Sent 2 emails to customer service and got no response. After 3 weeks I cancelled my order. No boots.

USFast Shipping & Good Service Ordered some XC boots from Skis. com. Got scared after reading so many negative reviews. Called 3 days after I placed the order, because I hadn't received an order status update. Customer service picked up after 1 ring. Told me my order had shipped 2 days prior and would be arriving the next day. Was also given the UPS tracking number. Item arrived next day, as stated. Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they didn't originally send an email stating my order had shipped. Most online stores do that these days.

USSkessi.com IS a SCAM per my bank ZERO STARS- Skessi.com is a SCAM! The 2nd unauthorized charge double my purchase for Overseas freight alerted me. No way to contact them. CANCEL & RE-ISSUE CARD YOU USED! Ridiculously low prices are a sign as well I fell for. Only in business a few months. My credit union Fraud Dept has deemed this a Fraud case and i'm getting my money back. Don't waste your time campaigning against yet another overseas scammer praying on people during a pandemic. Report it to your state's attorney general so it can be shut down.

USWorst Customer Service Ever I cancelled an order for ski boots after waiting for over a month with no status updates on whether or not the order had even been filled, let alone shipped. Communication regarding the issue was non-existent unless I (the customer) drove it. I can understand delays but to leave a person completely in the dark on a $500 order for over a month is ridiculous. Especially when Skis.com sends me an e-mail regarding new items on sale every single day. Perhaps the company could focus on filling older orders before asking customers to create new ones.

CADo NOT order if you're in Canada I ordered $1200 worth of equipment from Skis.com. I paid $150 in shipping and was clearly informed that no Shipping & Duties. Turns out, FedEx Cross Border requested $128 if fees, duties and taxes per shipment, and.. or course, Skis.com sent 4 shipments. So, something around $500 in duties and tax. 20 days after ordering, customer service couldn't tell me (a) where the equipment was in transit, (b) expected deliver date, or (c) how much the exact duties and taxes would be. #returned Christmas gift for kids fail. Strongly recommend NOT ordering if you are in Canada.
