GBTerrible Customer service Terrible Customer service. I ordered a pair of ski boots and paid for the 2 day express shipping. I didn't receive the item until 6 days later. I attempted to reach out to the company about receiving a refund for the shipping. I called them multiple times and sent multiple emails and never received a response.

GBSkessi.com IS a SCAM per my bank ZERO STARS- Skessi.com is a SCAM! The 2nd unauthorized charge double my purchase for Overseas freight alerted me. No way to contact them. CANCEL & RE-ISSUE CARD YOU USED! Ridiculously low prices are a sign as well I fell for. Only in business a few months. My credit union Fraud Dept has deemed this a Fraud case and i'm getting my money back. Don't waste your time campaigning against yet another overseas scammer praying on people during a pandemic. Report it to your state's attorney general so it can be shut down.

GBBad reviews can be deceiving I was worried because I placed a time sensitive order for ski pants & saw the bad reviews on here after I had already placed my order. I ordered the pants on a Thursday evening and called that following Monday for a status update. I was only on hold for about 2 minutes & the service rep was super nice and accommodating. I never received tracking initially, but he confirmed the item had shipped the day after I ordered it & emailed me the tracking info on that same call. I received the item the following day, ahead of when I needed it to come in. Very satisfied with my experience!

GBHappy Customer I ordered a new pair of Salomon ski boots on late Monday evening. SKIS.COM had a 10% off for new customers, so the price was the best I could find. Then I read of some of the reviews and was a little concerned. Not to worry. SKIS.COM shipped the boots on Wednesday (2 days later) and they arrived on Friday via UPS (total of 4 days from ordering). Probably would have arrived on Thursday but weather in the midwest has been delaying shipments. The order was correct. I would have prefered an email saying shipment occurred, but I did track the shipment on SKIS.COM website. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and I would order from SKIS.COM again.

GBSkis.com is not reliable. As many people have said before, skis.com isn’t worth your time doing business with. Similarly to others, I ordered skis and boots and didn’t receive them for over 2 weeks. I contacted the customer service team to check the status of my order and was told the only solution was to cancel my order and start over. No discount for lost time, no compensation whatsoever. Please take this advice and shop for ski gear elsewhere. You deserve better.
