GBSkis.com is not reliable. As many people have said before, skis.com isn’t worth your time doing business with. Similarly to others, I ordered skis and boots and didn’t receive them for over 2 weeks. I contacted the customer service team to check the status of my order and was told the only solution was to cancel my order and start over. No discount for lost time, no compensation whatsoever. Please take this advice and shop for ski gear elsewhere. You deserve better.

GBSkis.com is a Horrible company Skis.com is a Horrible company. Horrendous customer service. Do not buy from them. I attempted to purchase a ski jacket but 21 days later it hadn’t shipped despite numerous calls and emails not returned. Then I noticed the jacket I purchased said “sold out” on their website (the status changed after my purchase). I am currently in a dispute process via my credit card company. Do not waste your time with these jack rabbits.

GBIt's hit or miss with skis.com Would give one star, but added a second star because it's hit or miss with them. I've had a first ok experience (items ordered were delivered and in a timely manner). But my latest purchase is a miss. One of the items was defective after 2 usages and well, like the other reviews here, customer service is basically non-existent. Unfortunately, the item was for my son who was just starting his season's races, and I needed a replacement asap. So I had to buy, elsewhere mind you, another and now have to trash what I got from skis.com I guess :/ Closing my account with them, not worth it.

GBCompletely different experience than others After being nervous reading all the terrible reviews after I placed an order, I felt like I should leave an update about my experience. Ordered a helmet for my daughter at an amazing price on Monday, it shipped the next day and arrived by Thursday, with nothing but their standard shipping speed. Couldn't have had a quicker, easier experience with a great value. Would order again for sure.

CADo NOT order if you're in Canada I ordered $1200 worth of equipment from Skis.com. I paid $150 in shipping and was clearly informed that no Shipping & Duties. Turns out, FedEx Cross Border requested $128 if fees, duties and taxes per shipment, and.. or course, Skis.com sent 4 shipments. So, something around $500 in duties and tax. 20 days after ordering, customer service couldn't tell me (a) where the equipment was in transit, (b) expected deliver date, or (c) how much the exact duties and taxes would be. #returned Christmas gift for kids fail. Strongly recommend NOT ordering if you are in Canada.
