Total rip off I purchased the platinum plus package to have a fully done for me Shopify store. All I received was a new theme. No product research, no audience research, no copywriting, no SEO... Nothing! And when I asked for a resolution they claimed that the work was done and their refund policy does not accommodate partial refund at all. Buyer beware! PayPal sided with them as well, do NOT do business with this company!

Very unprofessional Very unprofessional. They first contacted me through my store's contact form writing "Anyone here?". The rest of their replies were unprofessional as well. Their website and claims are a joke. Their testimonials are fake. I would suggest people to stay away!
