USTotal rip off I purchased the platinum plus package to have a fully done for me Shopify store. All I received was a new theme. No product research, no audience research, no copywriting, no SEO... Nothing! And when I asked for a resolution they claimed that the work was done and their refund policy does not accommodate partial refund at all. Buyer beware! PayPal sided with them as well, do NOT do business with this company!

GBThey don't pay their contractors They hired me to do copywriting work. After I did the work, they pulled the money back. Avoid. They also claim to write you a "Killer sales copy" as part of their packages. As a copywriter with over $500k in sales for my clients, I can tell you they lack basic understanding and grammar. I don't recommend them.
