When i asked any type of questions, they replied it very fast. Few days ago i was told them to return back a products which was not good fit for my needs. Total rip off I purchased the platinum plus package to have a fully done for me Shopify store. All I received was a new theme. No product research, no audience research, no copywriting, no SEO... Nothing! And when I asked for a resolution they claimed that the work was done and their refund policy does not accommodate partial refund at all. Buyer beware! PayPal sided with them as well, do NOT do business with this company!
