It was very difficult to communicate with them and it was only by email. They promised to upload all the products but I ended up having to do it myself. There were a multitude of promises that were not delivered. Their optimization promises are a joke. I had 0 sales after they messed up my store. I don't know how they get away with it but 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE is supposed mean they give you your money back because you're not satisfied with their services.
