Fantastic alternative booking site This is a great alternative for both hosts & guests to use! It avoids the high commissions normally associated with booking platforms. The great part is that it's always your property, your rules. But there is also support for more technical problems if needed. Awesome to deal with!

Pool house in Port Charlotte, Florida We stayed 5 days at the Pool House Retreat With Guest House in Port Charlotte, FL in early April. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with walking trails across the road. The house was up to date and immaculate. The pool is awesome. It is large, heated, and in a covered lanai. There is plenty of pool, equipment, beach equipment, and towels. You will not be disappointed if you stay in this house.

Getting to learn about Houfy. Some difficulty in knowing when a guest had paid and the property was booked. I’m sure I will get better with more use of the site. I will be adding 3 more properties. I signed up for your premier plan and I’m not sure what I’m getting for that but will try to track that down. I also do most of my management on my phone so I would really appreciate an app. Inconvenient to log in every time. I plan in the future to promote and use Houfy a lot to reduce costs for us and our clients.
