Very owner friendly booking platform I needed another way for guests I find through my own ads to direct book my short term rental without the high fees other platforms charge. The creators of Houfy fill that niche beautifully, while being very responsive to feedback from owners and hosts who like more control of their own listings.

Terrific Book Direct Platform Houfy is a terrific platform for holiday rental hosts and guests. Both hosts and guests benefit from booking direct by working around commissions and being able to be in control of their own experience and communications from start to finish. I use it as both a host and guest and I love it!!

Houfy is the real deal They seem genuinely focused on providing a cost effective, purpose driven platform for hosts. In other words, they seem to be currently doing what they say. That is different, sadly, from what most businesses do these days. In particular, other such services are more about how they can leverage money out of hosts and guests. Houfy seems to have priorities correct. Yes, making what is needed to keep Houfy running and improving is important. But, moving forward by finding out what a preponderance of hosts need and then providing them with a cost benefit analysis before doing anything to get a consensus is the right way to proceed. They seem to be doing that. As long as they do ... 5 stars and GO HOUFY! Other places just come up with bogus "improvements" as leverage to charge outrageous prices to improve their profits while they claim, "we're doing it for you". That is not the Houfy way. GO HOUFY!!

With Houfy since 2020 Houfy has/is helping us to take our glamping cabins business from a part time job to a full time gig! We love that we can offer our guests fee-free way to book with us and being able to install book-able widgets on our direct booking website makes us look very professional and trustworthy! Smooth reservation process As a host, the reservation made by our guest went very smooth. As expected, I was notified that a booking occurred and all of the information I needed to process the booking on my end was visible. I have not heard any complaints from the guest about the booking process, so everything appears to have been smooth on their end.
