Nice place to stay Nice place to stay. Clean and roomy. Guest services were on top of things quickly. Good restaurants nearby. I can’t speak highly of the in house restaurant Oasis as we never ate there. We asked to sit at a table but they were reserved. We told we would be fast and just wanted a drink. We understood and left. However we sat on the beach to see those same tables empty for a very long period before we left.

We will be back! Everything about our stay in Kauai with Kauai Exclusive was amazing! From Darshan contacting me before our to trip to help with adventure planning to her continued help throughout the trip. Our condo was in a perfect location and the condo itself was just what we were looking for. Clean, ocean view, steps the the beach and beautiful tropical landscaping! We will be back!

Nice place … We stayed in the North Side of Kauai @ Waipouli beach resort. The condo was stocked well. I had an issue with the bathroom door (it was automatically locking.) So I either had to leave it open (not happening) or text the owner. They responded right away & a maintenance man came & fixed it. Only other disappointment was I thought we had an ocean view room. Technically we did because you could see a sliver of the ocean if you looked past the buildings.

Lovely older condo in great location! We loved the close proximity to Lawai Beach, Spouting Horn and Kukuiula Shops for walking destinations. The grounds/pool were well maintained and lovely. Our condo was clean and spacious with a bath and a half. We especially loved the ocean views from the lanai (off bedroom) and small view from living area. The kitchen had most everything we needed except for a dishwasher which I overlooked before renting. BBQ grills are available near the pool. However, the furnishings in condo 315 need to be updated. Communication was limited to one phone call and email and app messages. It would be helpful to know you will have a starter pack of household amenities earlier as we had already stopped at the store from the airport before seeing the message. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved Kauai. We had no issues that needed addressed while staying at Prince Kuhio.

Condo was big and nice. Condo was big, clean and well equipped. It needs a better fan or ceiling fan in the bedroom it was pretty warm the is first night. Also it would be nice to have a plug in strip for phones and tablets. We loved the condo and the location. The building needs to add a better change machine in the laundry room and it will be nice to have a soda and water vender machine somewhere on the grounds.
