GBNice place … We stayed in the North Side of Kauai @ Waipouli beach resort. The condo was stocked well. I had an issue with the bathroom door (it was automatically locking.) So I either had to leave it open (not happening) or text the owner. They responded right away & a maintenance man came & fixed it. Only other disappointment was I thought we had an ocean view room. Technically we did because you could see a sliver of the ocean if you looked past the buildings.

GBCozy yet comfortable This little condo unit was our home for two weeks and had everything we needed. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we really enjoyed the larger lanai — some of the units there have very tiny (unusable) lanais. The kitchen was complete, the shower was great. It does pick up voices a bit more because of the door location in the stairway and it does NOT have a smart TV so bring your own Roku or other streaming device.

GBQuick, professional attention I had a small issue with the upstairs electrical going out in our condo. I contacted customer service and everyone was so helpful with resolving our problem right away.

GBPerfect for my family of 7 Everything was as described in the listing. Mahalo to the Kauai Exclusive team for providing a clean and well prepared home for our 9 day stay. The house was very spacious for our family of 7, which included a 2 year old. We are planning another trip in the future and hope it is available at that time.
