GBEverything you need for a great vacation! Great location, beautiful ocean view! The beach Is always clean. There are plenty of loungers around the lazy river pool. The condo is equipped with everything you need. The management is always available and very responsive. We had a garbage disposal issue while we were there and the unit was replaced in 90 minutes. Restaurants, shopping stores, drug stores and groceries are all near by the complex and within walking distance. This is a great location and condo unit.

GBExtremely Helpful Unfortunately, at the last minute, we were unable to travel to Kauai and therefore unable to use our room. The good news is, the staff at Kauai Exclusive Management were Very Helpful and easy to work with, and we were able to "gift" our room to some friends. They absolutely loved the room and everything about the Waipouli Beach Ressort!

GBThe condo was gorgeous and so clean The condo was gorgeous and so clean! The view is extraordinary. There should be more kitchen towels though. Other than that, not one single other suggestion. I love that there is a Brita in the fridge!!!

GBGreat condo for families Great condo for families in a private, small 9 unit building. We've stayed for three years in a row now and plan to spend as many vacations here as long as it's available.
