Quick, professional attention I had a small issue with the upstairs electrical going out in our condo. I contacted customer service and everyone was so helpful with resolving our problem right away.

Our two bedroom condo was very… Our two bedroom condo was very comfortable. We were disappointed that the Waipouli Beach resort did not have a beach bar as advertised. That meant there was no onsite casual dining and the Oasis dinner restaurant was very pricey.

Economic but needs some work. The location was good. The unit itself was functional and had what we needed but dated. However it needs some maintenance to bring up the rating. Stains on the carpet, the shower curtain has mold. Along with the pump outside making for a noisy location. The fan in the room helped but had to have the windows closed.

Lovely older condo in great location! We loved the close proximity to Lawai Beach, Spouting Horn and Kukuiula Shops for walking destinations. The grounds/pool were well maintained and lovely. Our condo was clean and spacious with a bath and a half. We especially loved the ocean views from the lanai (off bedroom) and small view from living area. The kitchen had most everything we needed except for a dishwasher which I overlooked before renting. BBQ grills are available near the pool. However, the furnishings in condo 315 need to be updated. Communication was limited to one phone call and email and app messages. It would be helpful to know you will have a starter pack of household amenities earlier as we had already stopped at the store from the airport before seeing the message. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved Kauai. We had no issues that needed addressed while staying at Prince Kuhio.

Everything you need for a great vacation! Great location, beautiful ocean view! The beach Is always clean. There are plenty of loungers around the lazy river pool. The condo is equipped with everything you need. The management is always available and very responsive. We had a garbage disposal issue while we were there and the unit was replaced in 90 minutes. Restaurants, shopping stores, drug stores and groceries are all near by the complex and within walking distance. This is a great location and condo unit.
