Everything you need for a great vacation! Great location, beautiful ocean view! The beach Is always clean. There are plenty of loungers around the lazy river pool. The condo is equipped with everything you need. The management is always available and very responsive. We had a garbage disposal issue while we were there and the unit was replaced in 90 minutes. Restaurants, shopping stores, drug stores and groceries are all near by the complex and within walking distance. This is a great location and condo unit.

Condo was big and nice. Condo was big, clean and well equipped. It needs a better fan or ceiling fan in the bedroom it was pretty warm the is first night. Also it would be nice to have a plug in strip for phones and tablets. We loved the condo and the location. The building needs to add a better change machine in the laundry room and it will be nice to have a soda and water vender machine somewhere on the grounds.

Extremely Helpful Unfortunately, at the last minute, we were unable to travel to Kauai and therefore unable to use our room. The good news is, the staff at Kauai Exclusive Management were Very Helpful and easy to work with, and we were able to "gift" our room to some friends. They absolutely loved the room and everything about the Waipouli Beach Ressort!

Cozy yet comfortable This little condo unit was our home for two weeks and had everything we needed. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we really enjoyed the larger lanai — some of the units there have very tiny (unusable) lanais. The kitchen was complete, the shower was great. It does pick up voices a bit more because of the door location in the stairway and it does NOT have a smart TV so bring your own Roku or other streaming device.

We will be back! Everything about our stay in Kauai with Kauai Exclusive was amazing! From Darshan contacting me before our to trip to help with adventure planning to her continued help throughout the trip. Our condo was in a perfect location and the condo itself was just what we were looking for. Clean, ocean view, steps the the beach and beautiful tropical landscaping! We will be back!
