Lovely older condo in great location! We loved the close proximity to Lawai Beach, Spouting Horn and Kukuiula Shops for walking destinations. The grounds/pool were well maintained and lovely. Our condo was clean and spacious with a bath and a half. We especially loved the ocean views from the lanai (off bedroom) and small view from living area. The kitchen had most everything we needed except for a dishwasher which I overlooked before renting. BBQ grills are available near the pool. However, the furnishings in condo 315 need to be updated. Communication was limited to one phone call and email and app messages. It would be helpful to know you will have a starter pack of household amenities earlier as we had already stopped at the store from the airport before seeing the message. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved Kauai. We had no issues that needed addressed while staying at Prince Kuhio.

Nice place to stay Nice place to stay. Clean and roomy. Guest services were on top of things quickly. Good restaurants nearby. I can’t speak highly of the in house restaurant Oasis as we never ate there. We asked to sit at a table but they were reserved. We told we would be fast and just wanted a drink. We understood and left. However we sat on the beach to see those same tables empty for a very long period before we left.

Extremely Helpful Unfortunately, at the last minute, we were unable to travel to Kauai and therefore unable to use our room. The good news is, the staff at Kauai Exclusive Management were Very Helpful and easy to work with, and we were able to "gift" our room to some friends. They absolutely loved the room and everything about the Waipouli Beach Ressort!

We will be back! Everything about our stay in Kauai with Kauai Exclusive was amazing! From Darshan contacting me before our to trip to help with adventure planning to her continued help throughout the trip. Our condo was in a perfect location and the condo itself was just what we were looking for. Clean, ocean view, steps the the beach and beautiful tropical landscaping! We will be back!

Everything was a breeze! From the secure booking app to check out, everything was a breeze. We had a problem with one of the beach chairs and new beach chairs were delivered the next day. It was really nice being in a residential neighborhood, the only downside was construction noise during the day, due to a new home being built a few doors down, other than that we slept like babies and woke up to the ocean breezes and sounds of birds and roosters.
