GBUsed Top Villas for Windsor Hills 1004… Used Top Villas for Windsor Hills 1004 arrival 2/7/24 House is not as advertised. TV’s didn’t work among many other issues. Photos taken and sent to Top Villa’s. We paid additional for heated pool that was never heated. Requested refund for that cost never received. Buyer Beware

GBWe arrived at 4pm after a 20 hour drive… We arrived at 4pm after a 20 hour drive from NY with 3 small children. Upon arrival there was a dead animal in the pool. Seems to have been there for days as there was a lot of residue around it. No one bothered to do a walk through before we arrived? I called the support number many times without being able to get a property manager on the phone during normal business hours. Once 5pm hit (1 hour after I began trying to reach someone) the lines stopped even ringing and went to an automated “after hours” machine and no one to help. I left numerous messages and was only able to get a hold of someone from the booking agency who stated they could not do anything to help except wait for a property manager to call me back. We lost a whole day of the pool and had to deal with cleaning a dead animal out ourselves on the first day of our vacation. I understand this is part of nature, but answering the phone during normal business hours to address a problem is a must with vacation rentals.
