GBAn Easy Booking Process The layout of the website and descriptions of each villa are very detailed, and being able to see photos of each home and the ChampionsGate community was a plus! The booking process was easy. Also, Jess had great customer service and was very helpful. My family and I are VERY excited about our upcoming stay, on next year. :)

GBCommunication is EVERYTHING + Shannon had it all <3 Shannon was EXCELLENT! If I had a question, she got me an answer. And I did have alot of different questions, to the point I was concerned I may have been difficult. But she was so lovely about everything, and her patience and knowledge was greatly appreciated. Easy to work with, lovely demeanor, and I look forward to continuing on with our adventure!
