Very easy check in Very easy check in, all the amenities we needed! The jacuzzi was crystal clear, but the water smelt of mildew. That is our only gripe. Everything else was perfect.

Relaxing, But A Little Run-Down The overall experience was relaxing for the most part. But since you asked: The couch had animal hair all over it. I’m allergic to dog and cat dander. Some items were broken: coffee table very wobbly and about to fall over, gas stove didn’t work, clock off the wall and sitting on the ledge of the jacuzzi tub. The tub was filling and we ran out of hot water. Charging $80 for fire wood to be delivered when you sell it for $10 in your rental office is a little steep, especially since you require guests to haul the trash in their car to a secondary location. The place just seemed a bit run down and neglected.

First timer This was my first time renting a place and because of my experience i will def be back to use big bear cool cabins. I had MANY, MANY questions and their employees were very good about answering any and every question I had. The house was beautiful and lakeside; it was so calming and my family and I had an amazing time. The location was awesome and we decided we will be back!

Disappointed Disappointed - not sure when was the last time to wash the bed sheet. There were hair (?) on the bed, smell so bad. The dishes were uncleaned. Towels were not cleaned.

Amazing Game Room We had a great time at the cabin. Game room was fun and jacuzzi relaxing. Our only complaints were the heater was very loud and the bunk bed was very unstable. I did not allow my children to get on the top bunk because the whole thing moved a lot with every movement.
