GBVery easy check in Very easy check in, all the amenities we needed! The jacuzzi was crystal clear, but the water smelt of mildew. That is our only gripe. Everything else was perfect.

GBFirst timer This was my first time renting a place and because of my experience i will def be back to use big bear cool cabins. I had MANY, MANY questions and their employees were very good about answering any and every question I had. The house was beautiful and lakeside; it was so calming and my family and I had an amazing time. The location was awesome and we decided we will be back!

GBI love big bear cool cabins I always… I love big bear cool cabins I always booked with them with no problems they are always asking me if I need something or what I need to to at my arrival and departure I will recommend this website to reserve a cabin you will not regret it
