I love big bear cool cabins I always… I love big bear cool cabins I always booked with them with no problems they are always asking me if I need something or what I need to to at my arrival and departure I will recommend this website to reserve a cabin you will not regret it

Comfortable Cabin with Modern Features & Scenery Cool Cabins was the best choice for my vacation. I avoided the institutional box hotels/resorts and the densely packed cookie-cutter mini-cabins. My unique rustic-looking cabin was spacious, clean, had modern features, and a large tree-shaded backyard 50 feet from Big Bear Lake with mountains in the background. Can't get better than that.

Very easy check in Very easy check in, all the amenities we needed! The jacuzzi was crystal clear, but the water smelt of mildew. That is our only gripe. Everything else was perfect.

Cool Cabins are wonderful Cool Cabins are wonderful to work with. The cabin was great, the directions getting there were easy to follow and the check in/out process was a breeze. Luigi provided great customer service!

Disappointed Disappointed - not sure when was the last time to wash the bed sheet. There were hair (?) on the bed, smell so bad. The dishes were uncleaned. Towels were not cleaned.
