Great area. Owners need to get rid of heavily stained carpet. We received notification that the property wouldn’t be ready until 5 due to late cleaning. When we arrived, the unit didn’t appear to be cleaned very well. Large stains on the carpet, crumbs, fingerprints etc on every surface, hair in the shower drain and paper plates taped to the ceiling above the bed in the main floor bedroom. We spent the first hour of our vacation cleaning. We’ve rented for many years in Topsail and we’re disappointed. However, we had a blast on the beach and made wonderful memories. I did send an email about the condition of the house upon our arrival, but never received a response. Even an apology would’ve been nice.

My Fall visit Highly recommend Carolina Retreats (Blue Water Realty) for all your vacation needs. My recent stay was at Sea Colony 2A. Unit super clean, fully furnished in living area and kitchen. Suggestions for owner to move this rating to 5 star: replace 4 cup coffee maker with 10-12 cup; replace master bedroom mattress and living room sofa. Sorry but that bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. Was like sleeping on/in a marshmallow. Same for sitting on sofa.

Shore Feels Good was perfect Everything was perfect at our vacation at Shore Feels Good! The house was clean and well stocked. Perfect location and walking distance to beach. Carolina Retreats was responsive to any of my questions. Can’t wait to go back.

Cabana 220 My stay at Cabana 220 served it's purpose. A week and a half working remote from the beach. Condo was exactly as described. Had one little hitch during my stay and it was addressed immediately. THE STAFF at Carolina retreats. TOP NOTCH. Very friendly, very professional. Over the last two decades we've gone with different companies in the past. After my experience with Carolina retreats, we will ONLY do business with them in the future. Ladies, thanks for the best experience!! Look forward to coming back soon.

Good Tide-ings This was an excellent property, the house was everything we expected. The single issue we had was reported on Sunday and even tho the property management company website says they are open on Sunday, we got no response until Monday, which was fine, not an urgent issue and was handled Monday perfectly. Would definitely rent this property again!
