Good Tide-ings This was an excellent property, the house was everything we expected. The single issue we had was reported on Sunday and even tho the property management company website says they are open on Sunday, we got no response until Monday, which was fine, not an urgent issue and was handled Monday perfectly. Would definitely rent this property again!

Beachy mcbeach is a good place House and large deck are very nice. I fell on stairs leading to basement laundry and injured myself. And two others tripped at same location- the bottom two stairs. Coffee pot needed replacement which was done promptly on Monday morning when we requested. The outdoor shower is so very nice most of us used it instead of indoor shower all week. The kitchen is nicely furnished w tools and dishes/glassware. The bedrooms are good size and master br is large with a walk-in closet. The bathrooms are large enough The full size washer dryer are great.

Our beach trip to Surf City, Topsail Island Our recent trip to Surf City on Topsail beach was excellent! The beach rental was perfect. The team at Carolina Retreats was responsive and communication was easy. We love the beach house - location, furnishings, and the ease of access was terrific. We look forward to our next trip and will definitely plan to book with Carolina Retreats again. A "shout-out" to Angel - you are a great asset and enjoyed working with you!

Great Week at the Beach Beautiful house. Linens already on the beds which was awesome. Keypad entry great allowing us to avoid the crowded check in and out process. Able to talk to a person when there was a minor issue. Would definitely recommend Carolina Retreats.

An unexpected disappointment The inside of the dishwasher was a foul smelling swamp of standing water, and German cockroaches were all over the kitchen at night. The house we had last year from Carolina Retreats was quite nice, but this experience will make us think twice about coming back with CR. (We’ve been coming to Topsail Island almost every year since 1991)
