CARequest for refund I booked a site with Booksi. Unfortuntely, I did not read the terms aand conditions properly. Once I found out that my husband had to be on the trip, I attempted to request a refund. Customer service from both Booksi and Monster (service company) went above and beyond to help me and I was able to obtain my refund. I will be careful the next time I book a vactionn with Booksi. I thank and apprecite both Booksi and Monster support staff. Thank you!!

GBHorrible experience Horrible experience. I booked my trip after seeing a $399 special. After I I pick my dates (and get charged right away) I get a message that it isn't complete yet, I need to call to verify. I call the reservations number they provided and spoke with an extremely rude and unprofessional female. She tells me I need to pay another $400+ for taxes and fees. I explained to her that I wasn't aware of that and she said it states that in the terms and conditions. I then tell her I want a refund and was told "NO". She would not give me a refund and still demanded $400. I spoke with support after that and was told a manager will call me. When I asked support to refund me I was told she can't do that. When I asked support to confirm my dates, she said she couldn't do that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

GBWill continue booking through Booksi. I've purchased a cruise through this company before this Anaheim purchase. It was a great deal! We got a balcony for the price of an Ocean view. The support staff was excellent. So I feel comfortable purchasing this offer of Anaheim.

GBMisleading So I see this really great deal for five nights at a nice hotel in Gatlinburg Tennessee for only $200. Then they also said I could book between now and anytime in the next 18 months. So I went ahead and bought the reservation, and made sure to, make a note to remind myself to use it within the next 18 months. Loan behold, I try to actually book the reservation for this summer and they try to tell me that the dates I had already booked on their website were no longer available and they were trying to get me to , take the trip to Florida instead. I told them I wasn’t interested in going to Florida and I wanted a refund. But they told me they have a seven day refund policy. However, this is extremely misleading and morally wrong. I spent $200 with the intent that I was going to get access to, five nights at a hotel in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, however, they were not able to deliver this service, and they refused to give me a refund. I have no issue showing up to a two hour seminar with a deal that good, but it’s the manipulation on the backend that’s a problem. If someone from management can respond to this comment and give me my money back, maybe I’ll change my mind on this company. UPDATE: Just got off the phone with them and now they’re trying to tell me I have to wait until after my birthday to book the trip so the system will let me? I feel like it’s a way for them to push the issue further into the future but we’ll see. If they can ultimately deliver on the trip OR get me a full refund I’ll be happy with them

GBIt made me feel comfortable booking… It made me feel comfortable booking through this site. A great deal. Looking forward to traveling for a self-care experience. It's going to be my birthday gift to me.
