GBHorrible experience Horrible experience. I booked my trip after seeing a $399 special. After I I pick my dates (and get charged right away) I get a message that it isn't complete yet, I need to call to verify. I call the reservations number they provided and spoke with an extremely rude and unprofessional female. She tells me I need to pay another $400+ for taxes and fees. I explained to her that I wasn't aware of that and she said it states that in the terms and conditions. I then tell her I want a refund and was told "NO". She would not give me a refund and still demanded $400. I spoke with support after that and was told a manager will call me. When I asked support to refund me I was told she can't do that. When I asked support to confirm my dates, she said she couldn't do that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

GBUnhappy upset Did not qualify for the trip you have to make 50000 thousand or more a year Been trying to get my money back for since march 20th 2024 they sent 100 received it in one business day been trying to get the rest ever since if you don’t make enough money and don’t want time share I highly don’t recommend Keith Biggerstaff/ I am on Disability

He helped me with questions I had he was extremely knowledgeable and I definitely recommend him for your customer service needs. I honestly had a hard time at first and he helped me beyond measures concerning my account. This young man deserves any blessings he can possibly get. GBBooksi review my situation and resolved it very satis factory the qualifying rules to vaguely presented. I did not meet them when I called. Asked for return of my payment and said I did not meet the ins requirement for cancellation Booksi called me when I was out and left no return number for the person who called. They need to call again plrease.
