USUpdated Review Hello I bought an hotel in madeira with the promise i could pick any date and when i tried to book for august 2024 it was blocked. The customer service team fixed it and refunded me for the amount ive paid in a very kind attentive way. I still dont give 5 stars but 4, because you cant see availability of dates in the hotels only after you pay, which is not ideal But great customer service response to my problem
