GBThis place was fantastic! From the minute we booked they sent information, directed you to the app, stayed in communication until we arrived and sent something after we arrived to make sure our first impression was great! The location was perfect for us! Safe gated community. House was beautiful and clean and nice and open which accommodated our group being able to hang out together. Entering the house and opening the garage was all by code so it made It easy! We had a fantastic stay! Thank you!

GBVery dishonest company Very dishonest company. Made a reservation with Avant Stay 12/27/23 for a Ski vacation in Park City 12/21/24-12/29/24. Paid a 6000 deposit. 4 months later they cancelled and said the property was no longer available on our dates. Went on line to check and found that it was available but they raised the price by 10,000 dollars.

GBGreat Trip to Telluride! We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first trip to Telluride and it was fantastic! The condo was convenient to lift 7, Clark’s grocery, downtown, and the gondola. It was clean and efficient, with everything we needed. At the end of the ski day, we came down the Lookout run, popped our skis off and walked across the street to the condo. We were also pleasantly surprised to learn there are 3 full bathrooms, with one the main floor. We will go back-it was a great experience.

GBCancelled our reservation due to price "audit" We booked a vacation home for our very large family with AvantStay. We found the home on Airbnb & Verb, but booked directly from the AvantStay website to save some of the fees. We thought we had found a good deal on a nice house, but nothing ridiculously cheap. The very next morning I get an email stating our reservation had been cancelled due to an "audit" that caught a pricing discrepancy. The price per night almost doubled and became too expensive for our family. We had been looking for a suitable house for a suitable price with the ONE WEEK that everyone in our family was available this summer for over a month. The representative I talked to on the phone was very nice, but said the best way to communicate with the company was to reply to the email I was sent. That representative, "Cindy," basically said sorry there was nothing she could do. I feel like I was unethically dealt with. On principle, they should have honored the price they originally published and eat their own mistake.
