The most horrible experience on Airbnb The most horrible experience on Airbnb. Host was rude random people came Into the house with no warning. They did not offer any help when. Problems and issues we had with property. Pots and pans were severely scratched, jacuzzi in master bedroom did not work. Hot tub would randomly shut off sometimes minutes and sometimes hours. The control was all the way across the yard in the house. I will NEVER stay at any Avantstay property EVER !!! The trip was for my wedding and the only issues and drama we had was because of the property manager.

A week at Parrot's Perch, Key West We spent a week at Parrot's Perch in Key West. We were greeted with lovely welcome gifts including key lime cookies and taffy, a tote bag and a hand written welcome card. It was a fantastic location, quiet and clean. The condo was a bit dated but, in comparison to other rentals, it was a great value. I will not hesitate to use Avant Stay for future vacations : )

Location was worth it but..... The communication with the management company was professional and one of the best we've experienced. The location of the condo was excellent and a great choice, While the pillows were extremely comfortable there's no way that two people could have comfortably slept on the pull out sofa mattress which sagged big time, in the middle. Also, for a one week stay, they provided extra bath towels but only one hand towel and no face towels. It was also extremely disappointing that the hot tub did not work (particularly since this was a ski vacation), and no one called us back on this issue.

This place was fantastic! From the minute we booked they sent information, directed you to the app, stayed in communication until we arrived and sent something after we arrived to make sure our first impression was great! The location was perfect for us! Safe gated community. House was beautiful and clean and nice and open which accommodated our group being able to hang out together. Entering the house and opening the garage was all by code so it made It easy! We had a fantastic stay! Thank you!

The booking was very easy and… The booking was very easy and straightforward. Check in was smooth. The house itself was good, each room has a bathroom so great for the group size. Location is very nice, only a mile to the beach and pretty close to all the major SD attractions Couple issues: the house itself was dirty, not properly cleaned, sheets and beds were also a little dirty so I had to put down towels before use. Couple things don't work here are there, iron, lights, washing machine, floor gaps. Difficult to get in touch with service people Beds are honestly very uncomfortable, all of the beds are sinking and super squeaky. Unfriended a lot of back and neck pain due to this. Most of us ended up sleeping on the floor since the beds were so uncomfortable. They advertised a garage being available with each unit but when we got there they said 1 garage was locked by the owner and no way to access so that made parking difficult as well as false advertising and setting unrealistic expectations.
