We love to stay at the house We love to stay at the house, lots of space for big families, very well organized, clean, quiet. The pool table is no longer there :( but the play room is great for young kids, great communication with AvantStay team!!!! We definitely recommend this house to others, we will be back soon!!! Great for our group The 180’ View was AMAZING and the photos did not do it justice. I was a bit worried the main living room would not accommodate our group of eight, but to be honest we hardly spent any time in that room. The majority of the time was spent around the dinning room table, kitchen and the sofa that was in that room. What was nice when you had the fire going you could see it from that room. Also spent time out on the deck and used the hot tub. The weather was a bit rainy but still was nice to be able to go out on the deck and enjoy the view. The game room was fun. From the pictures one could not tell it was so big, it’s a 3 car garage! We all decided we would stay there again in a heartbeat. A must is to go to the sculpture park near by, nice easy walk and fun art.

The booking was very easy and… The booking was very easy and straightforward. Check in was smooth. The house itself was good, each room has a bathroom so great for the group size. Location is very nice, only a mile to the beach and pretty close to all the major SD attractions Couple issues: the house itself was dirty, not properly cleaned, sheets and beds were also a little dirty so I had to put down towels before use. Couple things don't work here are there, iron, lights, washing machine, floor gaps. Difficult to get in touch with service people Beds are honestly very uncomfortable, all of the beds are sinking and super squeaky. Unfriended a lot of back and neck pain due to this. Most of us ended up sleeping on the floor since the beds were so uncomfortable. They advertised a garage being available with each unit but when we got there they said 1 garage was locked by the owner and no way to access so that made parking difficult as well as false advertising and setting unrealistic expectations.

Paso Robles Wine Tasting It was great experience at this house that Avantstay managed! It has 5 bedrooms with its own bathrooms, which was more convenient for our 5 different couples/singles (9 people). We played card games at this huge living/family room area, Open kitchen with huge kitchen supplies made us enjoying cooking, and good wines definitely added so much fun. The location is so closed to many wineries, in a very quiet neighborhoods. A great place to host family gathering for holidays and special events.

Great Trip to Telluride! We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first trip to Telluride and it was fantastic! The condo was convenient to lift 7, Clark’s grocery, downtown, and the gondola. It was clean and efficient, with everything we needed. At the end of the ski day, we came down the Lookout run, popped our skis off and walked across the street to the condo. We were also pleasantly surprised to learn there are 3 full bathrooms, with one the main floor. We will go back-it was a great experience.
