GBFantastic customer service! Fantastic customer service! We made our reservation but because of an unexpected scheduling conflict, we had to push our trip back one day. Rather than cancel our trip under Whimstay's new cancellation policy (within 24 hours of booking) and rebook it, I contacted Whimstay. Elizabeth from Whimstay's Traveler Advocacy Team worked with the host to quickly and seamlessly move our reservationas needed without us having to do anything. Fantastic service!

MXDon’t use someone’s card without authorization. This company has tried it. I have proof they think it’s OK I have not checked in yet, but I paid for three day stay in Belize. This company has tried twice to charge me for things I have not approved I called in about it and the manager said if it’s in pending don’t worry about it it hasn’t gone through. She did not understand if I paid for something. Why are you trying to use my card whether it goes through or not that’s fraud it’s my money I didn’t approve you trying to get money from my credit card, she excused it it hasn’t happened if your money is not withdrawn from your account. I told her I prove it to you snapshot it. Would you like to see the proof she did not want to see the proof nor does she want to refund my money why would I want to stay at a place who steals from me and act like it’s OK to do so .

GBALWAYS a great experience! I have used Whimstay multiple times now with always a great experience. I have had to even last minute cancel/swap trips with different people and locations due to life events and they were extremely prompt and attentive to the situation and made it all how it needed to be! I use them every year, sometimes multiple times a year to book trips. Great staff and prices! Can't beat it! I plan to keep this tradition going a long time!

CAI booked a rental and had some… I booked a rental and had some complications, and after working with Whimstay’s advocacy team for a couple days they were able to give me a refund. They were all super helpful and patient with me and we got a result that made everyone happy.
