It seems like they are not adhering to their cancellation policy. I will never, ever use them again! Accidentally booking the wrong condo was a nightmare - trying to figure out all the fees and payments ended up costing me $7000. And even though we're 95 days out from the trip, which is three whole months away, they still won't let me cancel or give me a full refund. It's ridiculous! Their cancellation policy supposedly only applies to bookings made 0 to 60 days before checking in, so why won't they let me cancel?! I've had enough of these people. I will never book with them again - ever!

Excellent Service Easy check in and check out. Unit was very clean. Whimstay was very quick to help resolve an issue with being on the beach rental list, and a repair man showed up quickly to fix the master tub handle. Fees were cheaper than other booking sites, too. We loved the location and look forward to returning and booking again through Whimstay.

Incredible booking experience + property! Had a wonderful experience booking our rental in Santa Fe for NYE weekend! Extremely easy to book, excellent customer service both leading up to the stay as well as day of check in. The property was incredible and the pictures didn’t do it justice! There were gorgeous views from almost every side of the house, and an amazing wrap around patio which made watching the sunrises and sunsets magical. There was even a little playground set for the kids on property! House was extremely clean upon arrival and all 4 bedrooms had very comfortable beds with nice sheets. We will absolutely be using Whimstay to book our family vacation rentals in the future, and even look forward to renting the same property the next time we return to Santa Fe!

Would definitely recommend Whimstay was great to work with! We had a vacation with quite a few last minute changes to work around a family wedding, and they were very helpful, more accommodating than they needed to be, and their customer service was top notch. I will definitely work with Whimstay again.

Cannot cancel for any reason when… Cannot cancel for any reason when you’re within 60 days. Kinda eliminates emergency cancellations. Won’t ever use Whimstay again!! Had some conversations with customer service and they seem to have the scam air tight. AVOID!! AVOID!!
