GBWould definitely recommend Whimstay was great to work with! We had a vacation with quite a few last minute changes to work around a family wedding, and they were very helpful, more accommodating than they needed to be, and their customer service was top notch. MXDon’t use someone’s card without authorization. This company has tried it. I have proof they think it’s OK I have not checked in yet, but I paid for three day stay in Belize. This company has tried twice to charge me for things I have not approved I called in about it and the manager said if it’s in pending don’t worry about it it hasn’t gone through. She did not understand if I paid for something. Why are you trying to use my card whether it goes through or not that’s fraud it’s my money I didn’t approve you trying to get money from my credit card, she excused it it hasn’t happened if your money is not withdrawn from your account. I told her I prove it to you snapshot it. Would you like to see the proof she did not want to see the proof nor does she want to refund my money why would I want to stay at a place who steals from me and act like it’s OK to do so .
