Incredible booking experience + property! Had a wonderful experience booking our rental in Santa Fe for NYE weekend! Extremely easy to book, excellent customer service both leading up to the stay as well as day of check in. The property was incredible and the pictures didn’t do it justice! There were gorgeous views from almost every side of the house, and an amazing wrap around patio which made watching the sunrises and sunsets magical. There was even a little playground set for the kids on property! House was extremely clean upon arrival and all 4 bedrooms had very comfortable beds with nice sheets. We will absolutely be using Whimstay to book our family vacation rentals in the future, and even look forward to renting the same property the next time we return to Santa Fe!

Fantastic customer service! Fantastic customer service! We made our reservation but because of an unexpected scheduling conflict, we had to push our trip back one day. Rather than cancel our trip under Whimstay's new cancellation policy (within 24 hours of booking) and rebook it, I contacted Whimstay. Elizabeth from Whimstay's Traveler Advocacy Team worked with the host to quickly and seamlessly move our reservationas needed without us having to do anything. Fantastic service!

The counselor for your travel itinerary… The counselor for your travel itinerary insurance was the worst. She made me wait for an hour, saying the process was in progress, and then suddenly ended the call, saying she would call me back in a moment. Of course, no call came back and another agent said that no claim had even been filed. I'm sure she's teasing me because my English isn't perfect.

ONE HUNDRED PERCENT It's wonderful when a person exceeds your expectations. So far my experience with Whimstay has been fantastic. As easy as their web interface is to use, I still made a blunder while reserving a property. I'm new to Whimstay and this was my first experience with the company and their website.
