GBIt seems like they are not adhering to their cancellation policy. I will never, ever use them again! Accidentally booking the wrong condo was a nightmare - trying to figure out all the fees and payments ended up costing me $7000. And even though we're 95 days out from the trip, which is three whole months away, they still won't let me cancel or give me a full refund. It's ridiculous! Their cancellation policy supposedly only applies to bookings made 0 to 60 days before checking in, so why won't they let me cancel?! I've had enough of these people. I will never book with them again - ever!

CAI booked a rental and had some… I booked a rental and had some complications, and after working with Whimstay’s advocacy team for a couple days they were able to give me a refund. They were all super helpful and patient with me and we got a result that made everyone happy.

CAAmazing experience dealing with Autumn! Had an amazing experience dealing with Autumn! Autumn responded to my email within a couple of hours and was able to process my cancellation very quickly! Needless to say, we were disappointed, we could not see Bruce Springsteen, but we were very happy with the Wednesday service! Will definitely deal with whimstay again in the future!

GBCannot cancel for any reason when… Cannot cancel for any reason when you’re within 60 days. Kinda eliminates emergency cancellations. Won’t ever use Whimstay again!! Had some conversations with customer service and they seem to have the scam air tight. AVOID!! AVOID!!
