GBIncredible booking experience + property! Had a wonderful experience booking our rental in Santa Fe for NYE weekend! Extremely easy to book, excellent customer service both leading up to the stay as well as day of check in. The property was incredible and the pictures didn’t do it justice! There were gorgeous views from almost every side of the house, and an amazing wrap around patio which made watching the sunrises and sunsets magical. There was even a little playground set for the kids on property! House was extremely clean upon arrival and all 4 bedrooms had very comfortable beds with nice sheets. We will absolutely be using Whimstay to book our family vacation rentals in the future, and even look forward to renting the same property the next time we return to Santa Fe!

GBWe were a little concerned on ability to get in touch with someone immediately We were a little concerned on ability to get in touch with someone immediately as we are used to working with more established companies, which caused us some nervousness. We sent an email and immediately heard back that we would be in touch with a human soon...within 10 minutes, Autumn called. She was AMAZING and took her time answering our questions and putting our minds at ease, she completely made all the difference for us. Minds at ease we are looking forward to our stay in July.

GBTriples the price week before checkin Update: First let me say Whimstay stepped up and took ownership of this situation. Although Whimstay did not take care of the matter immediately as I would have preferred saving much time and anxiety it has been settled to my satisfactory. Booked my trip 6 weeks in advance. Contacted me via email 9 days before check-in with cancelation and the option to pay triple the price to keep the reservation. Reading other reviews this is a trend with this company. Funny how Whimstay's response admits to not meeting their own expectations, and does not offer any viable solutions that work for the customer. I Quote "Incidents like this are rare but highlight areas where we need to improve our systems and communication processes." End Quote. With that said why would Whimstay not take care of the customer in the first place.

GBConflict resolution We made reservations for a beautiful cabin, but found out the next day that we were not going to be able to go due to a family members illness. We had bought trip insurance, but we did not qualify for a refund under their guidelines. So our $592 was going to be forfeited. Chris at Whimstay got involved and quickly resolved the conflict. A refund was immediately sent to my account. I will definitely use this agency again, the cabins looked beautiful, and I am extremely impressed with the way this was resolved. Thank you, Whimstay, we are big fans and will definitely be back.
