Excellent Service Easy check in and check out. Unit was very clean. Whimstay was very quick to help resolve an issue with being on the beach rental list, and a repair man showed up quickly to fix the master tub handle. Fees were cheaper than other booking sites, too. We loved the location and look forward to returning and booking again through Whimstay.

Great discounts & easy to use Whimstay has been a win/win for our family. We frequently check the site for better rates on our getaway stays and have put the savings towards more fun while we’re away. On our latest Tahoe trip we had some weather related issues with the crazy snow, we found the customer service team to be super responsive in helping us get what we needed from the property owner. We sent an email and immediately heard back that we would be in touch with a human soon...within 10 minutes, Autumn called. She was AMAZING and took her time answering our questions and putting our minds at ease, she completely made all the difference for us. Minds at ease we are looking forward to our stay in July.
