GBONE HUNDRED PERCENT It's wonderful when a person exceeds your expectations. So far my experience with Whimstay has been fantastic. As easy as their web interface is to use, I still made a blunder while reserving a property. I'm new to Whimstay and this was my first experience with the company and their website. Fortunately for me, they made it super easy to reach out and let them know about my mistake and my issue. Jennifer C. resolved my issue in record time. I would definitely recommend Whimstay. This customer is 100% satisfied.

GBTriples the price week before checkin Update: First let me say Whimstay stepped up and took ownership of this situation. Although Whimstay did not take care of the matter immediately as I would have preferred saving much time and anxiety it has been settled to my satisfactory. Booked my trip 6 weeks in advance. Contacted me via email 9 days before check-in with cancelation and the option to pay triple the price to keep the reservation. Reading other reviews this is a trend with this company. Funny how Whimstay's response admits to not meeting their own expectations, and does not offer any viable solutions that work for the customer. I Quote "Incidents like this are rare but highlight areas where we need to improve our systems and communication processes." End Quote. With that said why would Whimstay not take care of the customer in the first place.

GBGreat discounts & easy to use Whimstay has been a win/win for our family. We frequently check the site for better rates on our getaway stays and have put the savings towards more fun while we’re away. On our latest Tahoe trip we had some weather related issues with the crazy snow, we found the customer service team to be super responsive in helping us get what we needed from the property owner. Looking forward to more stays with Whimstay!

GBExcellent Service Easy check in and check out. Unit was very clean. Whimstay was very quick to help resolve an issue with being on the beach rental list, and a repair man showed up quickly to fix the master tub handle. Fees were cheaper than other booking sites, too. We loved the location and look forward to returning and booking again through Whimstay.
