Fantastic customer service! Fantastic customer service! We made our reservation but because of an unexpected scheduling conflict, we had to push our trip back one day. Rather than cancel our trip under Whimstay's new cancellation policy (within 24 hours of booking) and rebook it, I contacted Whimstay. Elizabeth from Whimstay's Traveler Advocacy Team worked with the host to quickly and seamlessly move our reservationas needed without us having to do anything. Fantastic service!

Quick and efficient reservations Ask for extended stay on my reservation, everyone helped me in a quick efficient way. Very friendly, will definitely use them for my other bookings. Highly recommend to others.

It seems like they are not adhering to their cancellation policy. I will never, ever use them again! Accidentally booking the wrong condo was a nightmare - trying to figure out all the fees and payments ended up costing me $7000. And even though we're 95 days out from the trip, which is three whole months away, they still won't let me cancel or give me a full refund. It's ridiculous! Their cancellation policy supposedly only applies to bookings made 0 to 60 days before checking in, so why won't they let me cancel?! I've had enough of these people. I will never book with them again - ever!

We were a little concerned on ability to get in touch with someone immediately We were a little concerned on ability to get in touch with someone immediately as we are used to working with more established companies, which caused us some nervousness. We sent an email and immediately heard back that we would be in touch with a human soon...within 10 minutes, Autumn called. She was AMAZING and took her time answering our questions and putting our minds at ease, she completely made all the difference for us. Minds at ease we are looking forward to our stay in July.
