Impresssive Service We've been thorougly impressed with the service from Viaresorts.com. Especially these days when everything is a bot. They answer quite quickly and the communication was obviously a human. We were able to contact them via their chat and email to enquire about a vacation in Greece which we then reserved. Great service.

All’s well that ends well……. I was very wary of Viaresort to the point I was beginning to think that they were a scam. I reviewed them 3 days ago, I was frustrated with the lack of communication and response from there booking team refunding my deposit for one of their holidays. I had contacted them with email as well as messenger to no avail. But I’m glad to say that everything turned out really well and I received my full refund. Behind the scenes Viaresort were trying to secure my stay at the hotel of my choice. I can only put the misunderstanding down to a lack of communication between their customer service and booking staff. I am grateful for the effort they have shown and I will definitely be booking with Viaresort’s in the near future. Thank you Viaresort’s.
