Great experience and holidays … Just returned from a long vacation visiting my family in Europe and Bali. We had two hotels booked with Via. We had a great experience from start to finish and appreciated the savings. We had a few issues and had to change dates last minute and their team was amazing and sorted it all out. We will be booking with Via again for sure!

Lack of customer service Lack of customer service, numerous fine prints when booking with age restrictions. they request more money to change your booking to suit said age restrictions. never respond to emails. Outlined below by ViaResorts is incorrect information, Not one response has been helpful, as it’s been an opportunity to take more of our money. The fine prints they talk about are impossible to find and read when booking, the 9 email exchanges have been over 5 weeks - with not one helpful response - only asking for more money. And chasing them every single day on the online chat feature to be told I have to wait for a response - a further week. Being generous by giving one star. Stay away from via resorts. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Via resorts were amazing in helping us… Via resorts were amazing in helping us coordinate the decision of where to travel, with there amazing amounts of deals it was a no brainer to go with via Resorts.
