Impresssive Service We've been thorougly impressed with the service from Viaresorts.com. Especially these days when everything is a bot. They answer quite quickly and the communication was obviously a human. We were able to contact them via their chat and email to enquire about a vacation in Greece which we then reserved. Great service.

Title : Awesome experience, quick response Our family went to Spain last year with Via Resorts. We found them very professional and courteous and appreciated their help when we had to change check in dates last minute. In addition, the price was exceptional and the stay memorable.

DO NOT BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH VIARESORTS I booked a holiday at the Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa in Patong Thailand with ViaResorts on a $289 deal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM. THEY ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS. AFTER WE BOOKED A DEAL WITH THEM WE THEN FOUND OUT THAT THE DEAL DOES NOT APPLY TO PEOPLE OVER 70 YEARS OF AGE. IT WAS IN SMALL WRITING IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND OUR MONEY EVEN WITH A PENALTY (AS PER THEIR OWN CONDITIONS), WILL NOT RESPOND TO OUR EMAILS AND WHEN WE FIRST REQUESTED A REFUND, THEY OFFERED SOME OTHER DEAL WHICH OVER 70'S COULD USE. THIS WAS NOT WHAT WE COULD USE SO THEY NOW REFUSE TO ANSWER OUR REPEATED EMAIL REQUESTS FOR A REFUND. PLUS IT IS A CONDITION OF THE DEAL THAT YOU ATTEND A PROMO ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT. IT IS ONLY $289 BUT IT IS THE PRINCIPLE. DO NOT USE THEM. UPDATE: We have been contacted by ViaResorts by email and it was conveyed to us that our original ticket asking for cancellation of our reservation had auto-closed in their support system hence the lack of any response to our emails. ViaResorts has since offered to refund out reservation fee of $289 less the $50 cancellation fee set out in their terms and conditions. This is what we had requested in the first instance so we are very pleased with the response from ViaResorts and are heartened that the issue was not one of bad customer service but a system fault. We would like to thank ViaResorts for following this through for us. Please ignore our previous negative comments about the company.

Great experience and holidays … Just returned from a long vacation visiting my family in Europe and Bali. We had two hotels booked with Via. We had a great experience from start to finish and appreciated the savings. We had a few issues and had to change dates last minute and their team was amazing and sorted it all out. We will be booking with Via again for sure!
