Impresssive Service We've been thorougly impressed with the service from Viaresorts.com. Especially these days when everything is a bot. They answer quite quickly and the communication was obviously a human. We were able to contact them via their chat and email to enquire about a vacation in Greece which we then reserved. Great service.

Very poor customer service...after… Very poor customer service...after booked a promotion deal for Thailand, then realised that I am not eligible for the deal, has to be a couple Not friends. After more than six weeks wait to get clarification, I was advised that they can transfer the deal to Bali then while trying to book the accommodation the system ask for Reservation No. So send email to customer service. It has been more than 5 weeks still no response. I can only rate for less than 1 star.
