GBIf I could give zero stars If I could give zero stars, I would. My family and I booked an apartment in NYC through VRBO. The pandemic hit and we had to postpone until September, 2021, which was fine. Two months before we were due to travel, we were told our reservation was canceled. We’ve been trying to get our money back since then, and have still not gotten it. It’s gotten to the point where our calls and e-mails are going unanswered. Horrible, horrible experience.

GBEasy location near quick food Easy location near quick food, convenient stores and gas station. A 15-20 min Uber downtown. Photos are 100% accurate. Our group of 10 fit comfortably with no issues. We had a great first experience in Miami.

GBAmazing! Amazing townhome! Beautiful just as shown in the pictures. We booked as coaches coming in for a competition and this rental gave us the space, peace, and relaxation we needed away from crowds and tourists. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. We look forward to booking again here!

AURefund difficulties. Booked a big property (over$3000) and unfortunately had to cancel. Cancelled within the full refund period. Once the refund was due, I received partial refund in odd amounts. Had to message a few times in order to receive full refund. Beware and ontop of your banking if you want your complete refund. Otherwise was easy to book etc.

GBDo not book here! Can I give zero stars? Booked a property for a visit in Miami in December. Reached out to the company multiple times to confirm reservation. Was told TWO MONTHS later in February that the house we booked was not available... and instead offered another house for $2000 more than what we initially booked for. Now I am left scrambling last minute for a place to stay.
