👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 We had an amazing time and experience with this rental property. It was perfect for our larger group and everyone had a blast. Very close to everything you need. The owners respond very quick and answer any questions you may have. The only problem we encountered was confirming an early check in time with them because some one stayed the night before and rented last minute so we couldn’t check in early anymore due to the cleaning crew needing to clean the house for us. Wish we found that out a little sooner but not a big deal at all and other than that we had the best weekend ever!!! Very impressed with this property and hope to stay again!!!

Amazing! Amazing townhome! Beautiful just as shown in the pictures. We booked as coaches coming in for a competition and this rental gave us the space, peace, and relaxation we needed away from crowds and tourists. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. We look forward to booking again here!

Searchastay is Not Fit for Long-Term Stays My roommates and I spent four months at a Searchastay location in New York. Though very fortunate for this housing opportunity, I honestly did not know if we were being housed until I received the keys. There was definitely a lack of communication on the company’s side. From a mice infestation, lack of heat, and a broken oven, a responsive landlord would have been nice. My roommates and I had to fix the majority of our issues on our own, fixing light fixtures and settling with no working oven for four months. If you are looking for a long-term stay, I would not recommend Searchastay, however short-term may suffice.

Classic large townhouse in the heart of… Classic large townhouse in the heart of the West Village. I stayed here with two friends and our families (Six adults, five children). Plenty of room for everyone. We played pool, used the kitchen for a big breakfast and hung out on the stoop. Beds are all very comfortable, bathrooms are large, big screen TVs in living room and bedrooms.

If I could give zero stars If I could give zero stars, I would. My family and I booked an apartment in NYC through VRBO. The pandemic hit and we had to postpone until September, 2021, which was fine. Two months before we were due to travel, we were told our reservation was canceled. We’ve been trying to get our money back since then, and have still not gotten it. It’s gotten to the point where our calls and e-mails are going unanswered. Horrible, horrible experience.
