Wonderful week we spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house. we were warmly welcomed and the house was better than in the photos (absolutely fantastic and pleasant swimming pool). Small things were faulty but which were quickly fixed by the owner on site (every day he took care of cleaning the pool early in the morning as efficiently as discreetly :) we warmly recommend for a great vacation with confidence !

Searchastay and VRBO cancelled after we had flights booked and will not contact us to help! I booked a rental on VRBO via Searchstay in Rosemary Beach, FL and had flights booked. VRBO and Searchastay cancelled the reservation via email to me with ZERO explanation. There are NO other rentals available at this point - VRBO and Searchastay will not return my emails and have not called me back. Do not trust Searchastay. I received a BOOKING CONFIRMATION and had to agree to a NO CANCELLATION POLICY.

Refund difficulties. Booked a big property (over$3000) and unfortunately had to cancel. Cancelled within the full refund period. Once the refund was due, I received partial refund in odd amounts. Had to message a few times in order to receive full refund. Beware and ontop of your banking if you want your complete refund. Otherwise was easy to book etc.

Classic large townhouse in the heart of… Classic large townhouse in the heart of the West Village. I stayed here with two friends and our families (Six adults, five children). Plenty of room for everyone. We played pool, used the kitchen for a big breakfast and hung out on the stoop. Beds are all very comfortable, bathrooms are large, big screen TVs in living room and bedrooms.

Do not book here! Can I give zero stars? Booked a property for a visit in Miami in December. Reached out to the company multiple times to confirm reservation. Was told TWO MONTHS later in February that the house we booked was not available... and instead offered another house for $2000 more than what we initially booked for. Now I am left scrambling last minute for a place to stay.
