GBStay Away...Go Elsewhere Our family rented a house for one week from Treasure Reality. The house was left unclean and furniture broken. Treasure reality was unresponsive to concerns until our trip had concluded, and even then providing horrible customer service. Provided the many options out there and current COVID concerns, I would strongly suggest you opt for another provider or will likely be thoroughly disappointed.

GBI enjoy working with Treasure reality I enjoy working with Treasure reality. Very honest, reliable, very informative company. I have booked all my beach stay vacations through them and never had any issues. Wether I had any questions or needing just to talk to any one there, they have always been friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. I plan on doing business with them again in the future.

GBReimburse Us Well their is a lot to say for starters the duplex burned down the first day are cars and everything we brought were to. treasure realty was great at first bought us food put us in another place not oceanfront but hey.Now when we started to ask questions and talk to the media that’s when they distanced themselves didn’t talk or reach out at all and still to this day they haven’t reimburse my uncle or grandparents. I mean what else do you have to do to get reimbursed. We will never rent from them again and probably will never go to topsail again

GBThey made everything so easy to book They made everything so easy to book! Simple keyless entry and everything ready to enter and start our vacation! We are back again this year for another rental experience with them. My daughter also is renting as well as my sister, we are making this an annual experience!

GBMost everything was great but,,,, Most everything was great. We had a misunderstanding where Treasure told me we had to sign another form about 3 days before checkin. There was a rush receiving these forms and emailing signed forms back to Treasure. Everything else was perfect! Thanks! This isn’t a complaint to Treasure but If someone could relay to the owners. We had trouble getting the living room DVD player to work. If someone could please have step by step written instructions on how to use the DVD player. Thanks!
