GBStay Away...Go Elsewhere Our family rented a house for one week from Treasure Reality. The house was left unclean and furniture broken. Treasure reality was unresponsive to concerns until our trip had concluded, and even then providing horrible customer service. Provided the many options out there and current COVID concerns, I would strongly suggest you opt for another provider or will likely be thoroughly disappointed.

GBWon’t rent that one again. In the past we have had excellent luck renting through Treasure Realty. This last rental should be more closely reviewed by Treasure. The central air was not working on the main floor and three room air conditioners were duct taped into the master bedroom and living room. They were noisy and running constantly....really disturbing for sleep. In addition when we arrived there was an old dirty stove/oven sitting in the main living room which they removed after we called on Monday. The microwave in the kitchen was rusted inside and was a mess...had to readjust the turntable every time we used it to get it to work. There was lots more about this property the was not on the level we have come to enjoy when using Treasure, but it’s too much to list here. We’ve been using Treasure for about six years and we’re very disappointed.

GBWe have vacationed @ North Topsail… We have vacationed @ North Topsail Beach for 7 yrs and Treasure Realty was the agency we rented through. The check in process is very organized and folks are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues were handled in a timely manner, usually the same day we requested service. We rent the same unit each Summer & it is well stocked & maintained.

GBAlthough the property location and… Although the property location and furnishings were near perfect I have had issues for the last 3 years 2016 2017 and 2018 with my property being cleaned. I arrive at 3pm to 4pm so there has been adequate time to do so. I usually stay at 3960 Island drive every year however in 2017 we did not. This particular property was filthy. It was a New river Inlet property. My suggestion get better cleaning companies and or employees. Finding Someones hair in the bathroom is disgusting. And having to buy cleaning products suchas tub and tile clraner to ensure sanitary conditions is upsetting. I have been coming to Topsail beach for the last 5 years and plan to do so this year. I am absolutely in love with the place.

GBSt Regis Resort Unit 2404 St. Regis Resort North Topsail unit 2404 Writing on the internal walls, ice maker didnt work, bedroom TV didnt work. No onsite management team, no sheets,towels or even toilet paper. Did not disclose damaged areas until after you booked. Construction noise at 7AM everyday. When you were able to finally contact the management team, they came across as dishonest and uncaring. Very disappointed and I will not recommend to anyone I know to stay there.
