GBI have booked our annual vacation… I have booked our annual vacation rental properties through Treasure Realty for more than 10 years. They have always been very responsive to any issues or problems we've had with vacation homes. Problems have been few and far between but when something does come up, they have been very helpful. Highly recommend.

GBWe had three issues with the rental… We had three issues with the rental property.....went to the office in Surf City and talked directly to a rep about them and was assured they would be taken care of immediately. 2 days later it took a second contact Treasure Realty to get the issues looked at. The first "face to face" was never put into the system by the rep. Other than not having anything "fixed" while we were there for the remainder of our rental period, we did have a great time not only on the property but at the beach and surrounding area as well.

GBThis was our first time renting from… This was our first time renting from Treasure Realty and we were really impressed with their clear communication and how easy they were to rent from! The condo we rented was just as described, very clean, and the entire facility (Shipwatch Villas) so nice. If we venture to N. Topsail again, we'd most definitely go thru Treasure Realty next time!

GBMost everything was great but,,,, Most everything was great. We had a misunderstanding where Treasure told me we had to sign another form about 3 days before checkin. There was a rush receiving these forms and emailing signed forms back to Treasure. Everything else was perfect! Thanks! This isn’t a complaint to Treasure but If someone could relay to the owners. We had trouble getting the living room DVD player to work. If someone could please have step by step written instructions on how to use the DVD player. Thanks!

GBAuto cancellation policy by Treasure Realty We have been renting with Treasure Realty for 14 years and this is the first time our rental got canceled. Apparently our deposit didn’t reach the office on time, but in 14 years we haven’t backed out of our agreement. We were able to re-apply for the same rental unit but had to wait the two days until we were able to reach them to be sure the unit was still available. A phone call would have been appreciated rather then to just cancel. Our travel plans had all been arranged.
