GBStay Away...Go Elsewhere Our family rented a house for one week from Treasure Reality. The house was left unclean and furniture broken. Treasure reality was unresponsive to concerns until our trip had concluded, and even then providing horrible customer service. Provided the many options out there and current COVID concerns, I would strongly suggest you opt for another provider or will likely be thoroughly disappointed.

GBSt Regis Resort Unit 2404 St. Regis Resort North Topsail unit 2404 Writing on the internal walls, ice maker didnt work, bedroom TV didnt work. No onsite management team, no sheets,towels or even toilet paper. Did not disclose damaged areas until after you booked. Construction noise at 7AM everyday. When you were able to finally contact the management team, they came across as dishonest and uncaring. Very disappointed and I will not recommend to anyone I know to stay there.

GBI have booked our annual vacation… I have booked our annual vacation rental properties through Treasure Realty for more than 10 years. They have always been very responsive to any issues or problems we've had with vacation homes. Problems have been few and far between but when something does come up, they have been very helpful. Highly recommend.

GBCould it really been ten years ? We've been renting from Treasure for roughly ten years as I recall. In that time we've never had a problem with the staff or the properties. But when the air conditioner malfunctioned this last time, they responded within hours with several portable units that cooled the house VERY well until the HVAC tech came out with a final fix. Impressive response time, impressive technology. Treasure is a SUPER company with a great staff. Polite and friendly too, BTW.
