GBWe had three issues with the rental… We had three issues with the rental property.....went to the office in Surf City and talked directly to a rep about them and was assured they would be taken care of immediately. 2 days later it took a second contact Treasure Realty to get the issues looked at. The first "face to face" was never put into the system by the rep. Other than not having anything "fixed" while we were there for the remainder of our rental period, we did have a great time not only on the property but at the beach and surrounding area as well.

GBThey cancelled our reservation!! My parents booked a condo at Topsail Dunes for the week of 7/13. My dad just received a phone call tonight (7/2), stating that the condo would not be ready in time due to damages and their reservation is canceled and told nothing else is available. The agent sent listings for places 4x the cost of the original condo. What terrible business considering it was NEVER mentioned it was even a possibility the condo would not be available.

GBWon’t rent that one again. In the past we have had excellent luck renting through Treasure Realty. This last rental should be more closely reviewed by Treasure. The central air was not working on the main floor and three room air conditioners were duct taped into the master bedroom and living room. They were noisy and running constantly....really disturbing for sleep. In addition when we arrived there was an old dirty stove/oven sitting in the main living room which they removed after we called on Monday. The microwave in the kitchen was rusted inside and was a mess...had to readjust the turntable every time we used it to get it to work. There was lots more about this property the was not on the level we have come to enjoy when using Treasure, but it’s too much to list here. We’ve been using Treasure for about six years and we’re very disappointed.

GBAlthough the property location and… Although the property location and furnishings were near perfect I have had issues for the last 3 years 2016 2017 and 2018 with my property being cleaned. I arrive at 3pm to 4pm so there has been adequate time to do so. I usually stay at 3960 Island drive every year however in 2017 we did not. This particular property was filthy. It was a New river Inlet property. My suggestion get better cleaning companies and or employees. Finding Someones hair in the bathroom is disgusting. And having to buy cleaning products suchas tub and tile clraner to ensure sanitary conditions is upsetting. I have been coming to Topsail beach for the last 5 years and plan to do so this year. I am absolutely in love with the place.

GBReimburse Us Well their is a lot to say for starters the duplex burned down the first day are cars and everything we brought were to. treasure realty was great at first bought us food put us in another place not oceanfront but hey.Now when we started to ask questions and talk to the media that’s when they distanced themselves didn’t talk or reach out at all and still to this day they haven’t reimburse my uncle or grandparents. I mean what else do you have to do to get reimbursed. We will never rent from them again and probably will never go to topsail again
