I enjoy working with Treasure reality I enjoy working with Treasure reality. Very honest, reliable, very informative company. I have booked all my beach stay vacations through them and never had any issues. Wether I had any questions or needing just to talk to any one there, they have always been friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. I plan on doing business with them again in the future.

Could it really been ten years ? We've been renting from Treasure for roughly ten years as I recall. In that time we've never had a problem with the staff or the properties. But when the air conditioner malfunctioned this last time, they responded within hours with several portable units that cooled the house VERY well until the HVAC tech came out with a final fix. Impressive response time, impressive technology. Treasure is a SUPER company with a great staff. Polite and friendly too, BTW.

This was our first time renting from… This was our first time renting from Treasure Realty and we were really impressed with their clear communication and how easy they were to rent from! The condo we rented was just as described, very clean, and the entire facility (Shipwatch Villas) so nice. If we venture to N. Topsail again, we'd most definitely go thru Treasure Realty next time!

Auto cancellation policy by Treasure Realty We have been renting with Treasure Realty for 14 years and this is the first time our rental got canceled. Apparently our deposit didn’t reach the office on time, but in 14 years we haven’t backed out of our agreement. We were able to re-apply for the same rental unit but had to wait the two days until we were able to reach them to be sure the unit was still available. A phone call would have been appreciated rather then to just cancel. Our travel plans had all been arranged.
